open house....

Open house discussions continue in the market as far as the value of and safety involved for home owners and realtors.....In most cases, it is simply an avenue for acquiring new buyers ...(if the realtor has the knack for doing so.)Years ago department stores use to set up rooms in their furniture departments to give customers ideas for the products on sale....today people go to open houses to get ideas on furnishings.....and decorating...Is this a good idea? write to me..Jackie
