Amazing with all of the media news....but it can be an excellent time to purchase a home with excellent rates available.....however....that all depends upon your credit and verification of your information.....As for the SEllers...Price your home correctly so that it will appraise properly and make sure it is in pristine condition and shows great....whether it is in today's market or yesterday's, the same rules basically apply....make sure you qualify as a Buyer and as a seller...three things sell a home.... 1. Price 2. condition 3. Location
